The usual pickup locations at the Mall of America are either the North Lot or Level 7 of the West Ramp, both of which are typically easy to navigate.
We offer three standard pickup locations. If these are not convenient for you, please contact us; we may be able to arrange an alternative depending on the time.

This is our default pickup location, last-minute rentals may only be available here.
MN State Fair
Front Gate or Arcade next to the Grandstand
Pickup is limited at the arcade and mainly reserved for large events or as an easy to find location if the fairgrounds are open to vehicle traffic. Otherwise, the main gate will be used.
